More Lights in San Andreas v3 (WIP) by dekash27

Declaration:
It has come to my attention that fellow modder Junior_djjr also has a mod similar to this.
His mod dates back to 2015, when I started this small project last September, I had no knowledge
of his mod, until recently.
Our mods have subtle differences, I initially started this to simply fix my installation of San Andreas.
The best way to see the difference is to drive north along East Beach, that's the area where I
started making changes.

--------------------------------------------------------------

If you find that while driving around or roaming at night is a bit weird because there's some areas that's
bright where there's no lights? This mod is for you.
Lights now exist where they're supposed to exist but were probably not added in due to time constraints (probably PS2's limited hardware.
Don't boo me, you know i'm right ;D).
This is still work in progress, I aim to add lights to pre-lit areas of roads around the entire state. And probably to off-road and very dark areas too.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Changelog:
I've added more lights in more places around the state (duh ;P).
I really want to mention where I've added lights, but, there's no fun in that. Hint, look around west to north west of bone county :P
That's it for this update I guess. This is probably the final update, never say never.

Required:
Silent's ASI Loader (https://cookieplmonster.github.io/mods/gta-sa/)
Modloader(https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377)
Open Limit Adjuster (https://github.com/ThirteenAG/III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster/releases)
fastman92's Limit Adjuster (http://fastman92.com/)
Or go here: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2019/06/sa-essentials-pack/
While it's required to use the limit adjusters, you may try the mod without it. Personally, I've tested the mod with both limit adjusters installed
to make sure there's no crashes. If you can run this mod w/out any limit adjusters then that's fine.

Installation:
Drag n drop or copy paste the 'More Lights in San Andreas' folder into your modloader folder, run the game.

For manual install you're on your own, remember to make backups.
I take no reponsibility if your game gets damaged.
